SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING:

Once your order is placed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing before your order is shipped out.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY:

After shipping, delivery typically takes 1 to 7 business days depending on the type of shipping service selected at checkout. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary during holidays or weekends and could take a little longer than expected during peak periods.

TRACKING:

Depending on the shipping service selected at checkout, your order may or may not include a tracking number.

Our Free Shipping option is sent via standard USPS First-Class Mail in a regular envelope and does not include tracking. Estimated delivery is 4 to 7 business days.

Our Standard and Express Shipping options include tracking, which will be provided once your order has shipped. Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days.

LOST OR DAMAGED:

Please keep in mind that we ship all of our products through USPS. While rare, mail can occasionally be delayed, lost, or damaged during transit.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after being shipped, please contact us so we can look into the situation and help determine the best next step.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and provide a photo of the item so we can assist you.

When appropriate, we offer a one-time complimentary replacement for orders that are confirmed or reasonably believed to have been lost or damaged in transit.

ADDRESS ACCURACY:

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply if a replacement shipment is requested.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT:
